이는 부동산 시장 용어로, 그만큼 투자가치 매우 높다는 의미입니다. 비슷하게 Trophy wife라는 용어를 예로 들면 성공한 중장년 남성들이 마치 트로피를 획득하듯 젊고 예쁜 아내를 맞이한다는 의미도 있습니다. 1990년대 초 경제전문지 포춘이 집중 보도해 화제를 모았던 용어입니다. 대표적인 사례가 조지 소로스죠. 42살 어린 여성과 세 번째 결혼을 했습니다.
